Bruinen

The Bruinen ('Loudwater'), is a river in eastern Eriador, running from the Misty Mountains to the Mitheithel.

Climate and ecology

The Bruinen passes through the following biomes types:

• K1 - Pine forests in valleys of the Inner Alps, in combination with dry grasslands
• S11- Central European colline-submontane wooded raised bogs
• U24 - West and Central European alder-ash forestsor ash-elm forests, partly in combination with moist pedunculate oak-hornbeam forests and alder carrs
